A PPP-RTK APPROACH TO MASS-MARKET APPLICATIONS

Abstract. PPP-RTK has been widely investigated to take the advantages of both real-time kinematic (RTK) and precise point positioning (PPP) techniques. Prior PPP-RTK, conventional RTK based on use a single base station, one hand, extended work within regional network multiple stations, known as (NRTK). The NRTK enable fast ambiguity resolution over short baseline or local region. PPP, other eliminates need establish any like NRTK, which is able in receiver mode but it suffers long convergence time resolution. therefore can provide capability NRTK. Current techniques however still face challenges supporting mass-market applications such mobile devices autonomous vehicles. Although system (a combination PPP technologies) help expand coverage speed up deployment maintenance dense permanent stations central data processing infrastructure for generation SSR corrections increases not only cost also complexity. This particularly an obstacle applications. In this paper, new approach described. First station state-space-representation (SSR) correction strategy support resolved PPP. Further presents peer-to-peer propagation form dynamically generated application users with unbounded coverage. As result, deploy maintain required PP-RTK system.
